Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt (2 business days). FedEx ground service will be used unless otherwise requested.
All orders are shipped using recycled, eco-friendly materials.
Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. (Please note, Sunday is not counted as a business day).
Undeliverable packages including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery will be returned to Indigo and assessed a 15% Non-Delivery fee that will be subtracted from any refund.
Orders placed on Sunday are processed by end of day Monday. Orders received after 2 PM Central Time are processed the following business day.
For faster delivery, Priority Mail Express Shipping is available and rates are charged to the customer. International orders are not subject to free shipping and rates and fees are charged to the customer.
Chalet Cosmetics is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, transportation failures, labor strikes or acts of nature.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within one business day of processing.
We will provide a tracking number and notify you via email as soon as your order has shipped!
In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, Indigo will be closed on the following days of the 2017 calendar: January 2, May 29, July 4, September 4, November 23, and December 25.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and must include an authorization form and label issued by our Customer Service Department. Products must be in original and saleable condition, unused and unlabeled. Custom decorated products and samples cannot be returned.
Returns Due to Customer Error
A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Contact Customer Service within 3 days of receipt to report any damage. You must also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.
